What is Bandwidth or Data Transfer?
Bandwidth or data transfer is the amount of traffic coming and going from your website. For example, if someone looks at your webpage and it has 15 Kb of information on it, that 15 Kb of information will be sent to their computer. This translates to the amount of traffic used.

What is Disk Space?
This is the amount of hard drive space (or storage space) you have on our web server. Our packages start at 50 MB of disk space and go up from there. This is typically more than enough space for the average website. However if you have large graphics or large files you can upgrade to a larger package.

If you exceed your space or bandwidth, our support team will contact you via e-mail with a warning and further steps and options you can take regarding the matter.

How do I access my Web based Control Panel?

How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account simply e-mail our Sales Department (sales@gizmohosting.comt) from an address off your domain, with your request to cancel your account. Accounts will expire at the end of the paid term. This does not include the 14 day money back guarantee.

How do I access my FTP to get my web site files online?
To access your FTP account, just use your chosen FTP client and upload the files to your web site. Your username and password are the same username & password you use to log into your control panel, unless it has been edited by the client (you.) The address for the FTP server is ftp.yourdomain.com, you can use ftp.gizmohosting.comt until your domain name has propogated.
